21CSC crews are self-contained and include professional supervision, transportation, tools, gear, equipment, insurance, back-end support, and technical expertise. 21CSC programs follow stringent risk management procedures and constantly re-evaluate their policies and practices to ensure that they are in line with the latest developments and requirements. Some 21CSC organizations also offer internship programs that place skilled young professionals at land and water management agencies.
